Shai assisted in spearheading the employment of ultra orthodox women at Intel’s Jerusalem site that has since increased tenfold. He is a frequent speaker to diverse audiences ranging from enterprise, government and academia to the Mossad and IDF, on topics including innovation, leadership and security. Shai has a degree in Electronics Engineering and B.S in Mathematics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel.
